By the time you read this I will be aboard a flight to Brazil (just in time as it's supposed to drop to the twenties in New York this weekend). I'll be spending a few days in the lovely beach resort town of Búzios and then the historic city of Tiradentes. If I get the chance I'll post something. Otherwise I'll be back on January 29.

Jeez, Randy, can those of us stuck in New York for the duration of the winter beat you to a pulp when you get back?

Boa viagem, Randy! There are some fantastic places in Buzios. Satyricon restaurant is a must for perfect setting and awesome fish. Favourite beaches were Ferradura, Joao Fernandes and Tartaruga (fun restaurant there).
Hope your Spanish is up to snuff! About half of Argentina was there the first time we went.

Akaky,
Well American Airlines managed to louse things up again causing me to run like a madman, got to JFK twice and get here 10 hours late. More on that later.
Stephen,
Obrigado pelas dicas. Mi español es muy bueno, che!
