The Bard still rules:
"The abuse of greatness is when it disjoins remorse from power." - Julius Caesar
"Set honor in one eye and death in the other and I will look on both indifferently." - Julius Caesar
"Seldom he smiles, and smiles in such a sort as if he mocked himself, and scorned his spirit that could be moved to smile at anything." - Julius Caesar
"With devotion's visage and pious action we do sugar o'er the devil himself." - Hamlet
"When my tongue blabs, then let mine eyes not see." - Twelfth Night
"Assume a virtue if you have it not." - Hamlet
Let's vote the bastards out tomorrow.

Bravo!

My god. Bush and his henchmen existed in the Bard's time as well? Will we ever be rid of these scoundrels? T

At this juncture, I am prepared to vote for anyone who will stop leaving messages on my answering machine.

Don't expect much from these Democrat corporate hacks.
You whine about Orega taking land while the US has taken tens of thousands of lives in Iraq and millions elsewhere.
Haiti, Venezuela, and Nicaragua could teach you something about left politics and democracy, if you were teachable.
Iraq will be slow and painful for you US libs.

Ortega's a crook alright, and the pinatas that he and his Sandy cronies gave themselves after the '90 elections were always seen by Aleman and others as achievements to which they too, could aspire. That said, he ain't Chavez, and his Sandy roots notwithstanding, I think he'd prefer to maintain decent ties with U.S. and maintain a U.S. aid program there - assuming Bush, and his '80's holdover friends like Eliott Abrams and Otto Reich, don't step on their own dicks like their wont to do, and cut off the aid program and create a vacuum for Chavez to fill. That's a big assumption though.....T

I'm a US lib? When did this happen and how come no one told me? Randy, now that I'm a lib, does this mean I can get a discount from the guy selling medical marijuana out in front of the Dunkin' Donuts? Or do I actually have to buy a donut and a cup of coffee first?

Akaky,
You have to smoke the medical marijuana first that way you'll buy more donuts . . .
